We wish to inform you that we have identified a potential risk of unexpected line pressure release with our Push Button Safety Coupling range. Quality testing has identified a risk of incorrect alignment upon insertion of the male adaptor into the female push button coupling housing - for example, if inserted at an angle it is possible that the adaptor will not latch and may result in an unexpected release of line pressure open to the environment.
