1. Your Right to Cancel
If you’re a consumer shopping online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. To cancel, please contact us in writing via the Contact page or by emailing our customer service team. Once your cancellation is confirmed, you have another 14 days to return the goods.
2. Returns Process To arrange a return:
- Contact our support team via the Contact page with your order number and details of the items to return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a returns authorisation number if required.
- Repackage the item securely — it must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or manuals.
- Return it to the address provided. (Please do not send returns to our head office without prior authorisation.)
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are your responsibility.
*PLEASE NOTE: Some larger items that need to be returned directly to the supplier carry a 20% handling / restock charge. Please contact us to discuss your return if you are unsure if this applies.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused and undamaged, in original manufacturer packaging, and complete with all manuals, accessories, and labels. We may reduce the refund amount if goods are returned incomplete or in poor condition.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request images to assess the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including the cost of your standard delivery. For certain brands (e.g. Sealey, Draper, DeWalt, Kärcher, Workshop Warehouse), after-sales warranty support may be handled directly by the manufacturer.
5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Refunds include the product cost and standard delivery fee where applicable. Please note that express delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Special order or customised items
- Products made to your specification
- Perishable or consumable items once opened
- Goods that have been installed, used, or modified
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order once the refund has been processed.
