DCT/DSG twin plate dry clutches are now common place across the automotive car parc. Previously removal of these clutches required expensive, make-specific, specialist equipment. Laser tools have designed a removal and insertion solution that can be used across a greater range of vehicles including Hyundai/Kia, Renault and VAG.

Laser tools have designed a removal and insertion solution that can be used across a greater range of vehicles including Hyundai/Kia, Renault and VAG.

Specification

  • Modified 3 leg puller for easy extraction.
  • Simple to use 2 leg cross beam style press frame.
  • Specially designed press block with viewing slot to help avoid over pressing the clutch pack.
  • For Volkswagen Group DSG selector set-up, please see Laser Part No. Laser 7914.
  • Made in Sheffield. IMPORTANT: ensure the force screw is well lubricated with molybdenum disulphide grease before use.
