Designed to easily extract and refit the bolt-in style front lower ball joint found on the late model Ford Transit. The bolt-in Ford Transit ball joint is a very tight fit, even after the bolts have been removed, requiring tooling to pull out the old joint and fit the new one without damaging either the joint or hub. Removes the need to use heat, hammer blows or the workshop press.

Specification

  • Applications include: Transit Bus (from 2013) and Transit platform chassis (from 2014).
  • Use to remove and fit OEM ball joints: 1451917 and KT6C113K209AA.
  • Suitable for bolt-in type lower ball joint only. For the clip type ball joint, please use Laser Part No. Laser 6614.
  • Designed to be used in-situ. Always lubricate the force screw with molybdenum disulphide grease before use.
  • Made in Sheffield.
