Description
Many vehicle manufacturers use spline-mounted drive hubs. To prevent movement in the assembly, some apply sealant to the interlocking splines, which makes separation difficult.
Features
The Laser 9322 is a set of 7 driveshaft adaptors designed to push out stuck drive shafts from the wheel hub without damaging the thread. Intended for use with an air hammer and supplied in a toolbox-friendly engineered EVA foam tray.
Specification
- Designed to allow stuck drive shafts to be punched out of the hub without damage.
- Kit includes: 7x threaded adaptors & 1x air hammer adaptor shaft.
- Adaptor thread sizes include: M20 x 1.25, M20 x 1.5, M22 x 1, M22 x 1.5, M24 x 1.5, M24 x 2 & M27 x 1.5.
- Manufactured from Chrome Molybdenum (SCM440) with a Zinc phosphate finish. Supplied in a EVA foam tray (37 x 186 x 197mm).
- Use with an air impact hammer, such as Part No. 6031. For pulling the shaft back in please see Part No. 4847.
