This Laser 9401 cooling system pressure tester offers a complete cooling system solution for the heavy goods vehicle market. It uses workshop air via a pressure regulator to test the cooling system for leaks and also provides the ability to refill the system using the supplied vacuum generator.

Refilling cooling systems under vacuum is a well-established method that helps prevent air locks, reducing the need for system bleeding and saving time.

- Applications include: DAF, Ford, Freightliner, Kenworth, Mercedes-Benz, Mack, MAN, Peterbilt, Renault, Scania & Volvo trucks.
- Kit includes: 9x vehicle adaptor caps, 1x pressure regulator, 1x vacuum generator & coolant suction hoses.
- Locates system leaks from header expansion tanks and fittings, head gasket, radiator core, heater matrix, water pump, hoses & pipes etc.
- Adaptors have quick-release couplings. Pressure regulator & vacuum generator both fitted with easy to read gauges.
- NOTE: Always set regulator to the closed position to avoid over pressurising the cooling system.
