Features
A windscreen chip can turn into a much larger crack at any time. As well as weakening the screen, it can also result in an MOT failure. If the damage is in the driver’s line of vision, it only needs to be larger than 10mm for the windscreen to fail the MOT test. Windscreen replacement insurance excesses can be costly, and many insurers now charge an excess even for chip repairs. The Laser 9431 windscreen chip repair system allows the user to quickly and easily inject a UV curable resin which, once cured, bonds to the glass and dries clear. This helps prevent the windscreen from cracking further.
Specification
• For all types of laminated windscreen. Use with UV lamp supplied.
• Minimises the appearance of chips & cracks in windscreens and stops them spreading.
• Kit includes: Cleaning cloth, 2.5g of resin, one-piece repair tower, a syringe style applicator, razor blade, UV torch on stand with holding sucker, 5x curing cover films.
• UV Curing lamp - significantly speeds up resin bonding time.
• Clear step-by-step instructions included.
