Cold Curing Technology Automotive coatings technology is continuously developing new fast cost effective methods for automotive body and paint repair. Utilising UV LED curing technology allows you to work faster and more efficiently as the curing time between each operation is reduced significantly. The range of LED solutions for UV curing, is applicable for curing of UV cured primers and UV cured body fillers. • No heat is produced on the panel or the paint during the curing. • Allows curing of plastic parts or any heat sensitive material. • Sanding and polishing can be done immediately after the curing is completed. UV Gun Part No. 03.5803 - LED light for UV curing of large sized paint repair areas - UK plug Re-chargeable and highly efficient LED work light for UV curing of larger areas. UV-Gun is an extremely powerful LED UV curing lamp for highly efficient and very fast curing of large paint repair areas. It provides a long operation time and is rechargeable with exchangeable battery. Featuring high-quality components and active cooling, UV-Gun has a long lifetime and keeps a high performance level throughout the daily operations. UV-Gun features an LCD display enabling you to see the remaining battery level and ongoing curing time. With this feature, you will know the exact curing time of each operation and see when it is time to exchange the battery. Ergonomic design for ultimate comfortability and a firm grip, UV-Gun is the ideal handheld UV light for curing.
