Description

Featuring an integrated hot stapler, snap-off staples, corner plastic, plastic smoother and gauge. Together with a set of plastic consumables, scraper and roller to finalise the repair. Plastic welding with nitrogen gas creates the strongest welds possible because it eliminates oxidisation of the plastic during the welding process. Spare gas regulator available under Part No. 91647.

Specification

  • Compatible with almost every type of plastic used in the automotive industry.
  • Allows the welding of filler material by heating with nitrogen from a gas bottle. Heats plastic without combustion and therefore without emitting fumes.
  • Including integrated hot stapler, snap-off staples, corner plastic, plastic smoother and gauge.
  • The welder comes complete with a set of plastic consumables, a scraper & a roller to finalise the repair, together with a reusable trigger spray water bottle for panel preparation.
