The Laser 9427 is an air-over-hydraulic powered riveter, also known as a pneumatic riveter or air rivet gun.
Features
This powerful, hand-held tool is designed for fast and secure rivet installation. It uses compressed air acting on hydraulic oil to generate a high pulling force on the rivet mandrel. This action expands the rivet body, creating a tight, permanent joint between two or more materials with minimal operator effort. Suitable for aluminium, steel and stainless steel rivets.

- Application: fitting of rivets from 3/32" (2.4mm) to 3/16" (4.8mm).
- Kit includes: 40x rivets (2.4, 3.2, 4.0 & 4.8mm) 10 of each. 1x oiler, 1x joint nut, 1x swivel joint, 1x spanner & 1x spanner gauge.
- Spare parts include: 4x nose pieces & a selection of jaws. Supplied in a blow mould case.
- Traction force: 885kg. Air consumption: 3.5cfm. Air inlet: 1/4". Stroke length: 14mm.
- Max rivet size: 4.8mm (aluminium & steel), 4mm (stainless steel).
