Compatible with Recoil and Helicoil Kits these VCOIL Wire Thread Inserts are manufactured from high quality chromium nickel stainless steel, to aircraft and aerospace standards. Due to the narrow and exact tolerances, the newly repaired thread is stronger than the original one! These V coil inserts are supplied in 1.5 x the diameter of the insert in length which is the industry standard eg 8mm insert would be 12mm long. Other variations are available to order in x 1D, x 2D, x2.5D and x 3D
