When dealing with stubborn bolts, concrete, or high-tensile metal shaping, a standard steel chisel will not cut it. The industrial-grade resilience of forged Chrome Molybdenum (Cr-Mo) steel gets the job done. Unlike standard high-carbon or Chrome Vanadium tools, Cr-Mo steel is prized for its superior strength-to-weight ratio and exceptional resistance to mushrooming under heavy impact. This makes it the go-to material for professionals who demand precision without the risk of shattering or frequent dulling. The flat profile of the Laser 9439 allows the chisel to be sharpened many times, further increasing the tool’s service life.

- 1x flat profile chisel: 300mm x 34mm, fitted with a Thermoplastic rubber (TPR) handle with impact protection guard.
- Applications include: Metalworking: Cutting rods, splitting rusted nuts & removing rivets.
- Automotive: Separating seized suspension components & frame work.
- Masonry: Chipping concrete, levelling brickwork & cleaning mortar joints. Always use a club or ball-peen hammer with a face diameter at least twice the width of the chisel’s striking head. See Laser Part Nos. 8610, 8606 & 8607.
