Features

A set of cordless power tools and accessories specifically selected for bodyshop use. Featuring two of the most popular and productive tools for the bodyshop - a cordless grinder for use with either flat or depressed centre 115mm cutting and grinding discs and a cordless 4-speed polisher for use with M14 compounding and polishing heads. Ideal for all types of surface treatment from rough cutting and grinding to final finish and polishing. Also supplied are two 20V 4.0Ah batteries allowing professional users to run one whilst one charges giving uninterrupted use, a 230V 4 amp mains battery charger (euro plug) and heavy duty storage bag. CE & RoHS compliant.

Specification

  • Angle grinder includes M14 spindle with spindle lock function for ease of disc changeover (uses 115mm grinding/cutting discs). No load speed: 8000rpm. Tested vibration emission value 1.84m/s2. Easy to adjust disc guard with hand operated lever for multiple angle applications.
  • Cordless polisher includes M14 spindle for use with standard 150mm compound and polishing heads, with spindle lock function for easy pad changeover. 5-stage speed selection, with safety switch and detachable 'D' handle for improved control. Tested vibration emission value 4.113m/s2. No load speed: 800 - 2400rpm (max). Max disc diameter: M14 x 180mm (7”). Supplied with 180mm diameter polishing foam and buffing pads.
  • Two 20V 4.0Ah batteries feature 10 lithium cells, diagnostic LED to read health plus built in protection against overheating and overcharging. Additional batteries available separately, please see Laser Part No. 8007.
  • 230V 4 amp mains battery charger with (euro plug) features diagnostic LED plus built in protection against over heating and overcharging.
  • Heavy duty tool bag, 18" long with reinforced, wide opening top for easy access for tools of all sizes. Organises tools for fast access with 10 external pockets and 8 internal pockets, 2 carrying handles one shoulder strap. Available separately, please see Laser Part No. 7846.
