A small but essential kit for setting the camshafts and tensioner on the popular 1.6 and 2.0L petrol engines found across the VAG ranges from 1997.

Specification

  • These engines are a simple single overhead camshaft design. Alignment is achieved by aligning the relevant timing marks on the camshaft and crankshaft pulleys.
  • This kit is suitable for use with the following replacement cambelt kits: INA 530 0171 10, Contitech CT908K1 and Gates K015489XS.
  • Additional tool Part No. Laser 4637 may be required.
  • Made in Sheffield.
