As a result of customer requests, the Laser 9488 has been developed to allow the user to lock the engines of the listed vehicles in their "timed" position, enabling the timing chain to be safely removed and replaced or the engine timing to be checked.
Specification
- Applications include: Vauxhall/Opel Astra K (2019 - 2022) & Insignia B (2020 - 2025).
- Engine code applications include: 1.5L LXD/F15DVC, LXD/F15DVH & 2.0L LSQ.
- Kit includes: Flywheel/Drive plate locking tool, camshaft locking tool, camshaft position (CMP) sensor disc setting tool.
- Equivalent to OEM part numbers: EN-50513, EN-52476, EN-52769 & EN-52771.
- Allows replacement of both chains. Made in Sheffield.
