The Laser 6291 kit has been specifically designed for the Ford 1.0L 3 cylinder EcoBoost engines. This special tool set is used in conjunction with Part No. Laser 6952 to assemble the Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) units on the camshafts in their TDC position.

The Laser 6291 kit has been specifically designed for the Ford 1.0L 3 cylinder EcoBoost engines. This special tool set is used in conjunction with Part No. Laser 6952 to assemble the Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) units on the camshafts in their TDC position.

Specification

  • Application: Ford 1.0L & 1.1L wet belt & 1.0L turbocharged EcoBoost engines (from 2012) fitted with VCT.
  • Engines found in Ford B-MAX, C-MAX, Fiesta, Focus, Grand C-MAX & Transit Connect.
  • Equivalent to Ford OEM tools 303-1606/1 & 303-1606/2.
  • Use with Laser Tools EcoBoost engine timing tool set - Ford 1.0 GTDi - Part No. Laser 6952.
